The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, including terraces and balconies. The reception is open daily from 8:00h to 18:00h, except Thursday and Friday which is until 16:00h. Arrivals outside these hours must check in at the reception of IG Nachosol Atlantic, located at Avda de Fuerteventura, 15. Hotel can request a deposit of 100€ that will be charged by credit card upon arrival. It will be returned after checking the room/apartment, if there have been no damages durying your stay or improper behavior (until 48h after check-out).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
