A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
We will appreciate it very much if you could:
- Please DO NOT make noise after 10:00 PM.
- Check-in is after 03:00 PM.
- Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Without prior notice, any delay in check-out will be charged at RM 50 per hour.
- Loss of keys or access cards will incur a RM 200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. RM 500 fine will apply for violations.
- Turn off the lights, fans, air conditioning, and other electrical items when not in use (except the WiFi router).
- Kindly refrain from rearranging or moving the furniture during your stay.
- If any damages occur, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
- STRICTLY no parties or illegal substances. A fine of RM 200 or more will apply for violations.
