Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Guests who do not provide any government regulated identification might not be allowed to stay at this property and they will not receive any refund.

To prevent accidents, minors cannot check in without a legal guardian. When accompanied by a legal guardian, minors can check in after bringing the required documents. (Required documents: Certificate of Family Relations, Verification by Telephone, and Accommodation Consent for Guardians impossible)
