Late check-out is not possible.
Due to a legal inspection of the electrical facilities, the entire building will be blacked out on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and cooperation. Please note the following Elevators will not be available. During the blackout period, emergency stairs will be used. The staff will guide you to the emergency stairs. Hot water supply will be stopped (both water and hot water will be unavailable). Even after the power is restored, the water and hot water in the bathrooms and sinks may contain air and produce red water. Please make sure to keep the faucets open for a while before using them. The lights in your room cannot be used. We have prepared a small flashlight in each room. Air conditioning and heating facilities are not available. Internet connection is not available. Continuous use of electrical equipment such as computers is not allowed. Please do not leave computer electronic devices plugged into electrical outlets. Please do not leave your computer electronic devices plugged in, as data may be lost. TVs, power outlets, etc. in guest rooms are not available. Parking is not available. The multi-story parking lot in the hotel will be closed during the above hours. Guests using cars are kindly requested to leave their cars in advance.
