- Consultation is available through Agoda Messenger or e-mail.
- Baggage storage is available before check-in/after check-out.
[Parking Information]
- Paid parking is available via a mechanical parking tower.
- Discounted rate for guests: KRW 7,700 (from 04:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day).
- Additional charges will apply for parking outside of check-in/check-out hours.
- Only vehicles meeting the following specifications are permitted: length up to 5m, width up to 1.95m, height up to 1.7m, and total weight under 2 tons.
- Please ensure your vehicle meets these requirements based on the specifications listed on your vehicle registration before your visit.
- Parking may not be available for certain vehicle types, including electric vehicles.
- Parking is not guaranteed if the parking lot is full. In such cases, please use nearby public parking at your own expense.
[Cleaning request during stay: Make a reservation at the Mobile front]
- Cleaning services are not included during the stay.
- Cleaning during your stay is a paid service. (KRW 15,000 per visit)
- We provide a one-time cleaning service for reservations of more than four nights.
[Caution]
-Companion of pets is not allowed.
-Minors who are not accompanied by adults are not allowed to stay.
-The inside of the room and the entire building are non-smoking, and smoking damages of KRW 150,000 will be imposed for violations.
-In the event of damage or loss of items in the room, liability will occur based on the initial purchase price.
-If special measures such as cleaning beyond the usual level are required due to discoloration/pollution/smell after using the room, liability for compensation for such costs will arise.
