Luggage storage password will be sent only to guests with reservations.
Refrigerated/frozen items and valuables cannot be stored.
[Parking Information]
- One free parking space per room
- After booking, please send your full car number and name via text message.
[Important Notes]
- If you do not receive the room password due to incorrect contact information, a full refund is not possible.
- Please be mindful of noise between floors and avoid loud noises to prevent complaints.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property items.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- No smoking inside the building.
- Cooking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- "Assigned at check-in" means specific rooms and bed types are not guaranteed.
- You may be assigned a room different from the images, and room views are not guaranteed.
- Specific room views are not guaranteed.
- Minors are not allowed to stay unless a parental consent form is submitted (mixed-gender stays for minors are not allowed).

※ Depending on the property’s situation, payment on the day of check-in may not be possible.
- Extra person (per person per night): KRW 20,000
- Extra bedding (per night): KRW 10,000
- For each additional person exceeding the standard occupancy, please inquire in advance about the extra charge per person per night.
- Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy are not allowed to stay, and if found, will be asked to leave immediately.

- Bathtub or washing machine availability may vary by room.
- For consecutive stays, cleaning is only provided at check-out, not during the stay.
