• Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received payment for the security deposit of 10,000NTD/350USD within 48 hours, or the booking may be cancelled due to incompleteness.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Disturbing the neighbors is strictly forbidden. Written complaints may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay.
• Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit, in the building’s public areas, or the community’s public areas. Being caught smoking may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay.
• Only the exact number/identity of guests that booked for may enter the unit for any reason. Any guests that will be entering the unit will need to be added to the reservation, and therefore, charged as an additional person in the entire reservation. No other guests may enter, even to use the bathroom. Violation of this may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay.
• Check-in: The standard check-in time is after 4PM. Please book the night before your check-in if you would like to guarantee an early check-in. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-in if a complimentary early check-in is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 3 hours before your check-in time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to revert to the standard check-in time in case of schedule changes.
• Check-out: The standard check-out time is Noon. Please book the night of your check-out if you would like to guarantee a late check-out. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-out if a complimentary late check-out is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 3 hours after your check-out time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to revert to the standard check-in time in case of schedule changes.
• We do not accept bookings that begin or end on December 25, December 31, or January 1.

• We do not allow instant bookings for filming/photography, if the person booking is not staying here, if we do not receive answers for our initial booking message, or if your profile picture is not clear and/or does not match the person booking.
• Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate but additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for separately, please inquire our team for prices and additional information. Additional beddings may be available at an additional cost. We will not be responsible for any claims for missing Mona Lisas, Van Goghs, or cash. Please take your valuables with you.

• 入住：標準入住時間是4PM。如果您希望確保可以提前入住，請多預訂您入住前的晚上。否則，我們將在您入住前一天告知您是否能提供提前入住。我們能提供您在入住時間前多達3小時寄放行李。提醒您，如果行程有變動，我們將保留恢復標準入住時間的權利。
• 退房：標準退房時間是中午12點。 如果您希望確保可以延後退房，請多預訂您退房當天的晚上。否則，我們將在您退房前一天告知您是否能提供延後退房。我們能提供您在退房時間後多達3小時寄放行李。提醒您，如果行程有變動，我們將保留恢復標準入住時間的權利。
• 我們不接受開始或結束於每年12月25號、12月31號及1月1號的訂房。

• 清掃服務: 本房源提供毛巾與寢具，但不提供每日清掃的服務，住宿費用並不包含每日清掃，但可以另外付費安排額外的清潔服務，請詢問我們的費用及更多資訊。清掃時請務必攜帶貴重物品，如有物品遺失我們恕不負責。若需要額外的寢具需要另付費。
