The property requires a security deposit of MYR 200 for all room types per booking. Please note that the security deposit will refunded back within 24-48 working hours, after check-out accordingly
Upon check-in, the guest must provide an ID (IC for Malaysian or Passport for Non-Malaysian), and the name on the ID must be the same as the name on the booking confirmation. If property management finds it is different, property management have the right to deny guest check-in.

Please do inform our team at least 3 days in advance if you require those service subject to availability. The fees vary depends on guest needs and availability. Terms and conditions apply.
(2) Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancel 14-days prior check in date for Full refund. Cancel 7-14days prior check in date for Half Refund Any notice regarding cancellation that less than 7 days is non-refundable unless stated.
(3) Shorten Stay, change date and Refund Policy Guest that wishes to change their check in/out date and get a refund for remaining nights(if any), please inform the property management 3-days in advance. Any notice less than 3-days will subject to management approval. However, change of date might incurred additional charges based on the rate differences among the date. Fee for changes will applies for late minute changes.
