-The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 3:00 AM. Check-in must be completed by 3:00 AM at the latest.
-There will be no staff at the front desk after 3:00 AM.Requests for check-in after this time will not be accepted.
-If guest check out early, the full room rate will still be charged.
-Dining in guest rooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the public areas.
-The public lounge is open from 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM.
-Single/double beds are for one person only. Unregistered guests will be charged triple the room rate.
-A cleaning fee will be charged for any damage or stains to bedding (pillowcases, sheets, duvets) or the room.
-To support environmental protection, disposable toothbrushes and other single-use items are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.
-Guests staying fewer than 3 nights will be charged an extra fee for changing bed linens. Guests staying 3 nights or more can have linens changed for free.
-Please keep your room key safe. A replacement fee will be charged if it is lost.
-Please remember your bed number. If guest change beds without notifying the property, an additional fee will be charged.
