As part of our exciting rebranding journey to become Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang by Accor, renovation works are currently in progress and are expected to continue until 30th September 2025.Temporary ArrangementsHotel Entrance - Guest access will be temporarily redirected to Swiss-Garden Hotel Temporary Lobby, located at the back of the hotel building. Directional signage will be provided to guide all arrivals.Reception - The Lobby (Reception) will be relocated to Casuarina, Level 1, Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang.Coffee House - The Coffee House will be relocated to Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences (South Tower). Operating Hours : 6:30 AM – 10:00 PMParking Information - Guests arriving by car are advised to park at Swiss-Garden Residences, located next to the temporary lobby. Clear signage will be in place to assist you with directions to both the parking and the check-in area.Swimming pool will be temporarily closed throughout August 2025 for upgrading works.
