property, we only recognize the guests listed based on the booking
requested. Any excess will be charged accordingly.
2) Provide us the number of cars and what kind as we only have a limited
amount of parking space. We cannot accept any responsibility for vehicles being towed.
3) Please read and respect our house rules provided.

🔴We have wifi zone on the entire area pls refer to house user manual provided in the apartment.
🔴We provide drinking water 4 gallon per unit
✅PLS UNPLUG unused devices
✅PLS TURN OFF AIRCON when not in use or when going out
✅PLS. turn off gas tank (LPG) every after use for everyone's SAFETY)
✅Kindly close and lock gate at ALL TIMES, we are not responsible for guest valuables missing.
❌PLS. don’t flush (toilet paper, napkins etc) to avoid clogged toilets (repairs take 24 hrs. Or longer
❌Strictly NO smoking inside the house. Smoking inside the house will be charged P5,000.
✔️Smoke in the designated smoking area and use ashtrays (smoke alarms are very sensitive)
💯Kids should be accompanied in balconies, garage, & stairs at ALL TIMES
💙Kindly put your trash on the bin provided
💙Only registered guest are allowed
🔇🛂Quiet time 10:00pm (respect other guests that might already be sleeping on other units)
❗️Guest will be responsible & will be BILLED for any MISSING any DAMAGE & inconvenience fee on property during stay
⚠️Pls. Don’t use laundry washer its not for guest use.

🌼We provide 24/7 CCTV on the entire premise (garage, 2nd floors, main gate)
‼️ If CHECKING out earlier than 12noon, pls advice NETH OR JOHN, give they keys to them and wait for clearance.
