📏SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE):
A MYR300 security deposit is required and compulsory. This security deposit will be refunded within 1-2 working days provided keys & access cards returned also there isn't any damage at the property.
📏 Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.) Will hav additional charge on top of our general cleaning fees.
📏Please kindly turn off all the air-conditioners or the electricity when you are not in the room and when you check-out. Help us save the environment and prolong the lifespan of the machines.

📏 Please do not walk in the house with shoes.

📏Garbage/refuse room is located near to the lift. Throw the rubbish when check-out.
