【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

As part of our commitment to protecting the global environment, starting December 1, 2025, we are asking guests staying multiple nights to cooperate with our eco-cleaning program.
We are taking concrete steps to protect the environment and conserve resources, and aim to be an environmentally friendly hotel.
As part of our SDGs efforts, we will be changing our room cleaning procedures for multiple nights as follows.・About Eco-Cleaning
Eco-cleaning is room cleaning that takes the global environment into consideration.
We ask guests staying multiple nights to cooperate with our eco-cleaning program. By not cleaning rooms or replacing bed linens or amenities during your stay, we reuse them instead, thereby reducing CO2 emissions, water resources, electricity, and waste, and contributing to environmental conservation.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・About Cleaning During Your Stay
[Guests staying 2-3 nights]
As a general rule, rooms are not cleaned during your stay.
Only garbage collection and replacement of bath towels, face towels, and bath mats will be provided.
[Guests staying 4 nights or more]
For hygiene reasons, rooms will be cleaned every fourth night.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
