Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay.
Child policy:
- Children 0 - 12 years old will be charged 50 % of the adult price with extra bedding and meals.
- Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
Guests arriving after 6:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 6:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
In case guests would like to change the number of persons in booking, kindly make an adjustment on the website prior to arrival.
[Bathing Tax] A bathing tax of JPY 250 will be charged when using property's Onsen.
