Car parking is available at JPY 500 per car per night, bike parking is available at JPY 200 per bike per night.
Check-in is not possible after 09:00 PM. If there's any delay caused by traffic, guests are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival. Check-in might be rejected if there's no contact in advance.
If coming by ferry at Otaru Port 08:45 PM, please let the property know when making the reservation, including whether guests have a car or motorcycle. Parking spaces are limited, and advance notice is required.

In the guest room, there is a bathtub in the bathroom, however, there is only shower available for use. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are equipped.

Telephone inquiry reception is available from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM.
The lock for the Japanese-style room is very simple so security is weaker than other room types. No key will be provided for this room type.
The property closes from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
During this period, telephone reception is not available. Also for housekeeping etc., including who stay for two or more nights cannot stay in the property.
