【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Children under 12 years stay for free when using existing bedding (over 120 centimeters wide) in some room types. Please contact the property for more information.
Housekeeping service is offered for guests who book for 7 consecutive nights.
Solaniwa Onsen is the Hot Spring Theme Park in Bentencho, Osaka City.There is no hot spring in the property.
The conditions of the housekeeping service vary depending on the length of stay. Please contact the property for more information.
The hot spring facility Solaniwa Onsen will be closed one day per month. Please check the facility schedule with the property.
Children 4-12 years old need to buy a ticket to enter hot spring facility Solaniwa Onsen.
There is an additional breakfast charge for children. Please contact the property directly for more information.
