The property no longer operates 24 hours, ground staff working only from 0800AM untill 0830PM, with very limited manpower attend and servicing the guests on site.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 150 upon check-in.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay.
