【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
Cancellations due to personal reasons, including incorrect reservation dates, are strictly non-refundable. Please make a reservation only if your schedule is confirmed.
Children 0 -5 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Tax Policy
In accordance with local tax regulations, an accommodation tax will be collected at the property upon check-in.
The tax is charged per person, per night, as follows:
For stays until August 31, 2025:
For room rates between JPY 7,000 and JPY 14,999 per person per night: JPY 100 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 15,000 and JPY 19,999 per person per night: JPY 200 per person per night
For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more per person per night: JPY 300 per person per night
For stays from September 1, 2025:
For room rates between JPY 5,000 and JPY 14,999 per person per night: JPY 200 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 15,000 and JPY 19,999 per person per night: JPY 400 per person per night
For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more per person per night: JPY 500 per person per night
The tax amount is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the property.
