Guests may travel between the airport and the property by bus effective from March 1, 2020. Ticket purchase can be made at any ticket counter located at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2) and Awana Sky Central. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Parking is available and will be charged on site.
The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.
The minimum age of guests to stay is 18 years if unaccompanied by an adult.
The property does not accept third party's credit and debit card.
The property requires a refundable trolley deposit of MYR 20 for self luggage service.
There is a fee of MYR 20 for the use of luggage delivery / collection services by the bell counter personnel.

The property informed that road access charge will be implemented at Genting Highlands. All visitors entering the designated areas will be required to pay the applicable road charges.
Genting Malaysia Berhad would like to confirm that there will be charges for vehicles entering Jalan Genting Highlands at a date to be announced. More information will follow once details are ready on this private road charge (Caj Jalan Persendirian).
The private road charge is necessary due to the steep and escalating costs of maintaining the 24-km private road and its slopes which have been borne solely by us since the 1960s. Privately built by Genting Malaysia on difficult and mountainous terrain, Jalan Genting Highlands provides safe access to Resorts World Genting as well as mountainside destinations other than those of Genting Malaysia.
Heavy usage on Jalan Genting Highlands have caused a tremendous amount of wear and tear, and requires constant maintenance to ensure the safety of the road users. On the “user pays” principle, the private road charge is the most sustainable path to defray the cost of upkeep, repairs, maintenance and other unforeseen incidents. This is to ensure the road continues to be safe for all users, and provide access to the entire Genting Highlands community, businesses, millions of tourists and members of the public from all over the country.
This is a private initiative on a private road on private land. Genting Malaysia takes the responsibility of maintaining the safety of both the roads and the slopes seriously. Working on mountainous terrain is challenging, hazardous and expensive, but it is essential to ensure the safety of the road and the slopes for continuous improvement for all users. Genting Malaysia also employs teams stationed at mid-hill and hilltop on standby 24/7 for any contingencies with trained emergency response teams in case of mishaps and accidents.
Effective 01.03.2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
Bermula 01.03.2022, Caj Kelestarian sebanyak RM3/bilik/hari akan dikenakan berdasarkan peruntukan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Hotel (Pahang) 2021. Caj ini akan dikutip semasa daftar masuk.
