Condominium usage information (all rooms are non-smoking)
◈ Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (Additional charge will apply after that) - 20,000 won per hour is available only up to 13:00. After that, a one-night fee will be charged.
◈For consecutive stays, maintenance is not provided and only additional towels are provided. -Please leave the used towel outside the front door and we will collect it and hang a new towel on the doorknob.
◈For environmental protection, disposable items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, etc.) cannot be provided.
◈How to use heating/hot water
1) Press the power button on the wall controller. 2) After pressing the heating/hot water button, turn the center dial to the right to adjust the temperature, and the green light for combustion will turn on.
◈If the key is lost or damaged, a fee of 20,000 won will be incurred.
◈If additional towels are requested, a separate fee of 1,000 won per towel will be charged.
◈ Pets are not allowed to enter the room / If caught, they will be forced to leave and no refunds will be given.
