A damage deposit (pre-authorization credit hold on a physical debit/credit card) of AUD $1000 is required on arrival for 3 Bedroom Apartments and AUD $500 for 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments.
Check-in is not possible between 12:00 AM and 08:00 AM.
Guests arriving between 07:00 PM and 10:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of AUD 50.
Guests arriving between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of AUD 100.
- Our office hours are different on the weekends, please get in touch with us in advance for your arrival time
- The lockbox options are available as well if you are coming late and want to avoid the late check in fees. The lockboxes are free of charge but must be confirmed with our office no later than 2pm on arrival date or access may not be granted
