For the room reservation without dinner, no luggage service, nor futon setting service is provided.
Futon for children is available at JPY 1,100 for adult size futon.
For infant, there would be an additional charge of JPY 550 for the half size futon.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Outdoor pool will be open from Mid-July to Mid-September. No swim wear or towel rental provided.(towel is available for sale)

The property does not permit food from outside.
There are no restaurants around the ryokan. The nearest convenience store is 1 km away.
There are 2 restaurants serving Spanish dishes and local seafood dishes by Izukyū-Shimoda station.
The restaurants on site cannot accept walk-in customers.
