【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
【Cleaning for Consecutive Nights】
In consideration of the global environment, the property does not clean the rooms for consecutive nights. (Property staff do not enter the room.)
The property will hang the bath and face towels on the doorknob.
If do not need them, please inform the hotel staff in advance.
Garbage Collection
Please put out the garbage in front of the room by 12:00PM.
For guests staying 4 consecutive nights or more, the property will clean the room every 3rd day (4th day) for sanitary reasons.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
