The hostel's guests are advised to come straight to the 15th floor of Block A and to avoid unnecessary contact with the sales staff at the entrance. Once arrive at the reception, please confirm your accommodation's name and address. If you have trouble finding your hostel, please ask the security guards on the ground floor for direction.
Starting from 1 January 2025, Hong Kong will reinstate the Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) at a rate of 3%, based on the room rate provided by the property. The hotel front desk reception is not available 24 hours. If your arrival time is between 19:00 and 22:00, please contact us using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation attachment.
If you arrive after 22:00, you may not be able to check in and the room fee will not be refunded. For any special circumstances, please contact us at least one day in advance to make the arrangement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The property charges the room based on occupancy. The property reserves right to charge additional person costs on arrival.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of HKD 3,000 per room upon check-in.
