【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
Accommodation tax will be charged directly at the property.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Maximum 1 children under 13 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Check-in time: from 15:00 / Check-out time: before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior notification to the hotel and will incur an additional charge. Depending on the area, local accommodation facilities may levy an accommodation tax. Please contact the property directly for more information.
