【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
A separate accommodation tax based on the room rate, applied in accordance with Osaka Prefectural Regulations.
Reservations for 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings, and the cancellation policy is as follows.
Cancellation Policy:
60days prior to arrival: Free
59 to 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount
44 to 22 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount
21 to 11 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount
10 days before check-in: 100%
Some of Studio double rooms and Deluxe twin rooms do not provide bathtub but the shower in the rooms.
Up to one child aged 6 years old or below can stay for free if using existing bedding.
Electricity Inspection Notice (power outage)
Thank you for staying at the Citadines Namba Osaka.
A statutory inspection of the serviced residence electric facilities will be carried out from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 13th May 2026.
In this connection, as part of our maintenance work and in compliance with the local authority’s requirement, we have scheduled a temporary power shutdown for our premises as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 13 May 2026
Time: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
-The scheduled power outage will affect all facilities as well as lights, elevator, telephone, TV, air conditioner,toilet, automatic door and internet access.
-Please disconnect all plugs including PC and other electric devices from an outlet before and during the power outage.
-No room cleaning / Towel changes are accepted.
