Simple House Rules :
1) Do not turn off the internet at anytime.
2) Strictly NO Party in the house
3) Please switch off all air-con and lighting before leaving the homestay.
4)Please take care of our home with all your love (Penalty will be imposed for any missing or destroyed item)
5) Do not rearrange all the decoration stuffs in the house
6) Please keep the cleanliness of the house. Extra Cleaning Fee will be charge to Guests if the house is too messy and dirty.
7) Please keep the entrance cards safely. Extra Charges will be imposed to Guests if the keys and cards are missing or broken. Remember to put back the cards and the key into the mailbox after checked out.
