A refundable security deposit of MYR 200 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay.
Kindly be aware of the House Rules as follows:

• All illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and action will be taken on the offenders.
• Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit (smoking is only allowed at smoking area) (Violation of this rule penalty of MYR 300)
• Guests are required to keep noise to a minimum from 09:00 PM onwards
• Guests are required to switch off all lights and air conditioners when leaving the premises
• Any lost key / access card / parking card will be charged a penalty of MYR 300 for replacement
• Kindly keep the place clean. Extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the premise cleanliness is unacceptable
• Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM as per listing. Late check out is charge MYR 30 per hour. Kindly inform early so we can arrange the next check in
• Security deposit (MYR 200) is required upon check in either cash or online transfer. This will be returned in full via your selected deposit method after our staff has inspected the room and confirmed it's in good condition.
