The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, including terraces and balconies. The reception is open daily from 8:00h to 18:00h, except Thursday and Friday which is until 16:00h. Arrivals outside these hours must check in at the reception of IG Nachosol Atlantic, located at Avda de Fuerteventura, 15. Hotel can request a deposit of 100€ that will be charged by credit card upon arrival. It will be returned after checking the room/apartment, if there have been no damages durying your stay or improper behavior (until 48h after check-out).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
