Beach & Swimming Advisory:While we offer beautiful sea views, please be advised that the beach area is very rocky and the water becomes deep very quickly. For safety reasons, swimming is strictly prohibited.Location Information:We are located at the very tip of Mactan Island, which means we are some distance away from shopping malls, grocery stores, and restaurants. However, we do have an on-site restaurant available for your convenience.If guests do not have a private vehicle, transportation options to and from the hotel include taxis and public jeepneys. Please note that jeepneys only travel up to the main road outside the subdivision. Guests will need to walk from the jeepney drop-off point to the hotel, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.Please also be advised that we do not offer airport transfer services.Visitors Policy:To ensure the comfort and privacy of all our guests, only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted in the guest rooms. If guests wish to meet visitors, they may do so in public areas such as the lobby and restaurant.No Smoking Policy:Arterra Hotel and Resort has a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire premises. This includes all guest rooms, patios, lounges, restaurants, and other public areas. If smoking is detected in the guestroom during the stay, a cleaning fee of Php 10,000 will be charged to the guest’s account.For guests who wish to smoke, we have a designated smoking area. Please feel free to ask the front desk for directions to its location.
Check-in Requirements:
* Guests are required to present a copy of their booking confirmation (digital or printed) at the front desk, along with valid IDs for all guests.
* If the name on the booking voucher does not match the name of the guest checking in, the property will require a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the person whose name appears on the voucher, along with a copy of their valid ID.
* The LOA must clearly specify the name(s) of the person(s) authorized to check in on their behalf.
Incidental Deposit Policy:
* The property collects an incidental deposit of PHP 1,500 per room upon check-in.
* This deposit must be paid in cash only. Card payments, bank transfers, or any other modes of payment are not accepted for the deposit.
* The deposit will be refunded at check-out after the room inspection.
Pet Policy:To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, especially those with allergies, pets are not allowed. If pets are brought into the property, a cleaning fee of Php 10,000 will be charged.Room Rates & Occupancy:Our room rates are for single or double occupancy only. Additional persons may be accommodated depending on the room’s standard capacity, and additional fees may apply.
