1. NO unregistered guests are allowed.

2. NO smoking and parties.

3. KEEP noise to a minimum.

4. DISPOSE of the garbage in the trash bins provided. If the trash bags become full, there's a garbage room near the elevators. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BAGS OUTSIDE THE UNIT. If you stay long-term, you need to buy your own trash bags.

5. DO NOT hang clothes or anything on the balcony. Do NOT throw anything from the balcony.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES ABOVE WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY OF PHP 10,000-15,000 IMPOSED BY THE CONDO ADMIN.

6. DO NOT take home anything from our space nor use any consumables from the cabinets aside from those provided to you in conspicuous places as COMPLIMENTARY. DO NOT access cabinets or closets that are labeled "OFF LIMITS".

7. CLOSE the windows (rain can come in) and lock the door when you go out.

8. REPORT any damages and/or breakages within 48 hours.

9. DO NOT use the telephone. DO NOT re-arrange the furniture.

10. CONSERVE electricity and water. Turn them off especially the IRON and AIRCON when not in use.

11. For long-term stays, we may require housekeeping and inspection free of charge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR A FEE:

1. DO NOT USE EXTRA LINENS stored in the cabinets without informing us. There is a laundry fee for the use of extra linens. If you use the extra linens without informing us, we will charge you double the regular laundry fee.

2. If you want your clothes cleaned, we offer a wash-dry-fold laundry service with a turnaround time of 2-3 days - just drop us a message with your request.
