POOL REGISTRATION:
Use of the pool is free for 1-3 guests and with a PHP 300 charge for 4th guest per day. Keep the receipt. Registration is via email which we need to send 24 hours before use. After emailing, guests need to reregister at the front desk. Same-day registration is subject to availability.
POOL SCHEDULE: 8 am-9 pm, Tuesday to Friday only, and closed every Monday for maintenance.Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays - are not open to guests due to these are only to accommodate residents and unit owners.
GYM AND OTHER AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE YETWe apologize as the other amenities are not open to the guests yet as per the property admin's policy.
VISITORS ARE ALLOWEDVisitors may visit the unit from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. only and are not allowed to stay overnight unless they are registered as guests (may have an extra guest fee).The pool is open to registered guests only and not to visitors.
NO PARKING INCLUDEDParking is not included in the booking. Guests may check the parking in Uptown Mall which offers less expensive parking. We can also check for available parking slots in Parksuites which has a parking fee of P1000 per day.
ONLY YOUTUBE FOR THE TVLocal and international channels are not available. You may watch Netflix on TV using your own account. Our apologies as we can no longer provide Netflix accounts to our guests due to recent changes in Netflix's account sharing policies. YouTube meanwhile can still be watched on TV.
WASHER-AND-SPIN-DRYER-IN-ONE AVAILABLEOur washer comes with a spin-dryer (not a dryer with heat) that does not fully dry laundry. We have a cloth rack and hangers to hang your clothes.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWEDSmoking is not allowed in the unit nor other areas of the property. You may try the nearest establishment for their smoking area such as Xylo's, Denny's, Uptown Mall 4th floor, or Uptown Parade.
EXTENDING YOUR STAYInform us a day before checkout if you want to extend your stay. There will be a PHP 500 fee if the extension is done a
