ᄆ When making a reservation, you must enter the correct phone number and email address where we can contact you for theproperty information and check-in (face-to-face/non-face-to-face) information.
ᄆ If you did not fill out the information at the time of reservation or entered it incorrectly, please forward your contact informationand a copy of the reservation confirmation (or reservation details) to the property as soon as possible.
ᄆ The property is not responsible for any problems that arise if you do not enter your contact information or enter it incorrectly.
ᄆ If you are checking in after 6 PM (Korean time) on the check-in day, you must contact the property directly in advance to discussthe check-in time and method.
ᄆ Even if they are not listed on the Agoda sales page, additional charges may apply for other options, such as additional serviceswithin the property and use of facilities.
ᄆ The type and status of other options such as additional services and facilities, usage fees, and payment methods vary byproperty , so please be sure to check with the property directly before check-in.
ᄆ The use of additional services, facilities, and other options may be restricted depending on the weather or conditions of theproperty on the day of use, and no refund of property costs is possible due to this.
ᄆ All children and infants are considered the same number of adults regardless of age. If the maximum number of guests per roomis exceeded, you may have to pay an additional fee or be denied entry even if the reservation has been completed through Agoda.
ᄆ Admission may be denied depending on the property or room entry regulations such as number of guests, age, gender, pets,etc., so please be sure to check with the property in advance.

ᄆThe property is a non-smoking area. Guests are responsible for costs, damages, and responsibilities due to smoking.
ᄆ Room reservation status may not match 100% due to the nature of real-time reservations. In some cases, duplicate reservationsmay occur, in which case the reservation paid for first will be reserved first.

After purchase,please be sure to confirm with the hotel whether your reservation has been confirmed. In case of cancellation due to any of thesereasons, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, and no other compensation is possible, so please make sure toconfirm whether your reservation has been confirmed.
