Guest can be lent air cleaner, humidifier, trouser press, and bathrobe without extra charge. If you need these items, please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:
