3. One (1) pet is allowed per unit except for aquarium fishes.
4. Unit Owner is allowed to have one (1) Dog per unit that is limited to a maximum height of two (2) feet when standing on two legs at maturity aged.
5. Kindly bring the Vaccination card of your pet and a picture also.
6. All pets are not allowed to bring it to the Mactan Newtown Beach.
7. Payment for the pet is non-refundable.
For Special Requests - for Twin beds only available in Twin Suits Room type, Property does not provide any baby cot and all rooms are Non - Smoking in this property.
PET GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS:
• We would like to inform you that the schedule of Electrical Preventive Maintenance this year will be on September 29,2024 (SUNDAY) from 7 am to 5 pm to ensure a safe and operational electrical system.
Please be informed that all Elevators are temporarily unavailable during the PM activity and all personnel are advised to use stairs. With this we would like to ask for your assistance if we could send this notice to our upcoming guests to avoid any miscommunication. Rest assured that Emergency power is available for your continuous operation.
MACTAN NEWTOWN BEACH
• Open Mondays- Sundays from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM.
• The Beach is Exclusively available to Mactan Newtown Residents.
• Guests who wanted to visit Mactan Newtown Beach will be charge PHP 350 nett per person. (This fee will be collected by the beach management).
• Children below 6 years old can enter free of charge.
• Parking is Available free of charge at the Mactan Newtown Transition Area and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside of Mactan Newtown Beach.
1. Washing Machine- All of our rooms are equipped with the washing machine. However, there will be a charge if the guest wants to use it. (PHP 200.00 for 1 DAY usage and PHP 700.00 for 1 week).2. Clothes Rack- Depends on the availability (upon request)3. Ironing Facilities- Same as the clothes rack, depends on the availability (upon request)4. CD/DVD Player- No longer available.5. Satellite/ Cable Channels- No longer available since the Pandemic and Bagyong Odette strikes in Lapu-Lapu City, C Suites experienced severe damages. However, all of our rooms have chrome casts and where guests can also watch YouTube.
House Rule: Check-in starts at 2:00 PM; Check-out is 12:00 PM (noon).Early check-in before 2:00 PM or Late check-out after 12:00 PM with a fee of PHP 200/hr. (depending on room availability, a maximum of 5hours only). Exceeding 30 minutes after 12:00 PM (noon) is considered late check-out and will be charged PHP 200.00.SECURITY DEPOSITPHP 2,000 cash or any foreign currency equivalent. This is refundable upon check-out if there is no loss or damage after the room check. Any violation by the guest of the foregoing rules and regulations supplemented by the Property Administration shall be subject to penalties. WASHING MACHINEThe room is equipped with a working washing machine (additional charge may apply); kindly notify the front desk if you want to use it for further assistance. PARKING is available for long-term guests (6 months) at the building for a fee. Other parking options are available within the vicinity(Secured Public Pay Parking: Php35.00 for first 3 hours, and Php5.00 for each succeeding hour).
Pool Usage Guidelines
• No Lifeguard on duty.
• No food or drink in breakable containers.
• Allotment of poolside furniture on a "first-come, first served" basis.
• Pool closed every Monday for preventive maintenance.
• Open Tuesdays to Sundays from 06:00 to 22:00.
• Usage is limited to 2 hours per room 2 guest.
• Property Management Group reserves the right to close or limit use due to weather, operational difficulties, or safety concerns.
