All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amenable. Should you fail to check in by 12PM one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable

Housekeeping is done every 8 days.
Some apartments allocated to guests are equipped with skylight windows instead of windows on the side.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, and violators will be subject to an SGD $1,000 fine.
