If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Please respect that building quiet hours are between 22:00/ 10:00 p.m. and 8:00/ 8:00 a.m. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to your apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including Euro 100 / Dkk 800 fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservations deposit payment and extra cleaning fees starting from Dkk 1500 will be charged to the guest. Wifi: To connect to the free Wifi, please follow the Wifi information sent to your email with the check in instructions. Coffee Machine: The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso Zenius coffee machine and we are offering you a complimentary set of 6 coffee capsules . If you need more, you can always order more capsules directly from us through our Qr code form placed in the apartment. Check Out: Standard check out time is by 11:00hrs on your departure day. Please remember to start the dishwasher and empty the trash. If excessive garbage and recycling (bottles, carton, etc) is left in the apartment, extra costs may occur.
