🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before Your Stay
We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience! Kindly follow these house rules during your stay:
✅ General Rules
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Self check-in instructions will be sent via WhatsApp 2 days before arrival.
🚭 No Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the unit.
You may smoke at the balcony only (if applicable) – please keep the door closed and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🧹 Cleanliness
Please keep the unit clean and tidy.
Wash any used dishes before check-out.
Kindly take out the trash if staying for more than 2 nights (bins provided).
🛏️ Maximum Occupancy
Please respect the maximum guest limit as per your booking.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without host approval.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet time: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Be mindful of noise, especially in the hallway and balcony area.
🚫 Parties & Events
Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud celebrations allowed.
Our unit is in a residential building — we respect our neighbors and expect the same from our guests.
🧒 Children & Safety
Children are welcome, but please supervise them at all times.
Do not leave children unattended on the balcony or near windows.
🛠️ Damage & Loss
Any damaged or missing items (furniture, keys, towels, etc.) may incur charges.
Please treat our home as you would your own.
🔑 Key & Access
Lost keys or access cards will be charged RM100 per item.
Always lock the door and secure valuables before leaving the unit.
