We operate a self check-in system.
Check-in instructions will be sent before 4:00 PM on your arrival day.
If you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, we will ensure everything is ready for you.
Please note that immediate support may not be available for late-night check-ins.

Advance request is required for luggage storage.
Same-day requests may not be accommodated, so please contact us before check-in.
🔐 Entry & Security
If the reservation is made under someone else’s name, or if a male guest attempts to enter, immediate eviction and legal action (including compensation claims) will be taken.
All entries are monitored by CCTV.
🍱 Food Policy
Please receive food deliveries at the entrance.
Eating is only allowed in the basement communal kitchen; no food is permitted in guest rooms.
🚻 Restroom Use
Do not flush sanitary products or foreign objects down the toilet.
Clogs, especially at night, may not be resolved immediately.

If you forget your door code, immediate assistance may not be possible.
