No-Gambling or illegal Activity Policy: The hotel strictly prohibits gambling and engaging in any illegal activities on the premises. Guests found to be participating in such activities will be asked to cease immediately and may be subject to eviction without refund. Additionally, the management reserves the right to report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and lawful environment for all guests and staff.
Wall Cleanliness Policy: To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, we kindly ask guests not to affix any posters, bills, or other items to the walls of their rooms or any public areas within the hotel.
No Strong Odor Fruits: To maintain a pleasant and odor-free environment for all guests, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing in fruits with strong odors such as durian, jackfruit, or others known for their pungent smell.
No Pets Allowed: The hotel does not permit pets of any kind on the premises.
Check in Time: starting from 3 PM until 10 PM
Hotel Property Policy: Guests are kindly reminded not to remove any hotel property from their rooms or common areas. Any items found to be missing from the room upon check-out will be subject to charges to cover the cost of replacement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quality and integrity of our hotel for all guests to enjoy.
Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum during designated quiet hours, typically from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Personal Belongings: Guests are advised to take proper care of their personal belongings during their stay at the hotel. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guest’s property.
Check out Time: 11 AM
Room Key / access card Responsibility Policy: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their room keys / access card throughout their stay. In the event of loss or damage to the room key, guests will be subject to a fine of RM50 to cover the cost of key replacement.
Check Out Policy: The Check-out time is strictly by 11 AM. A charge of RM30 will apply for exceeding this time up to 30 minutes, and RM60 will be charged for exceeding an hour.
