Other Things to Note:
• Please ensure the door is always securely locked, whether you are inside or outside the apartment. You may keep the key set with you during your stay.
• Key set includes: Room key and elevator card.
• The automatic rolling door closes at 12:00 AM. If you plan to check in later, please inform me in advance so I can assist you.
• If you have a motorbike, please park it on the ground floor (G) in the designated parking area (completely free) and lock the apartment door carefully.
• Kindly respect our home and neighbors. To ensure an enjoyable stay for yourself and others, please avoid disturbing local residents.
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Please help us by keeping noise levels low during this time, as local residents go to bed early to prepare for the next day.
• Upon arrival, please provide a photo of your ID card or passport so we can register your stay. This is required by law and ensures your safety.
• No smoking or use of prohibited substances is allowed inside the apartment.
• The apartment does not provide daily cleaning services. An optional cleaning service is available for 250,000 VND per session. Please clean the kitchenware after use.
• An additional fee of 200,000 VND will be charged for unwashed dishes, depending on the quantity.
• In case of any damage, loss, or destruction of property or furniture in the apartment, guests are required to compensate the exact value of the damaged items at the time of the incident.
