❎ SMOKING/ SISHA/ VAPING, eating/preparing pork and drinking alcohol are NOT ALLOWED in the unit. If the rules are broken, a penalty fee of RM50 will be imposed

✅ It is FORBIDDEN to commit IMMORAL ACTS in this Homestay.

✅ Strictly NO PARTY/ EVENT/ USE OF DRUG or anything similar allowed in the property.

✅ We do appreciate it if you can keep the apartment clean

✅ If you stay more than 1 night, it is advisable to dispose of the rubbish in the rubbish room on this floor to reduce bad odor inside the apartment

✅ Please bear in mind that this is a private apartment and is located on the 20th floor. If you bring a child/children along, please ensure that the noise is kept to a minimum, to avoid disturbing the nearby neighbours

✅ Kindly switch off the air conditioner whenever you are not in the apartment to avoid wastage

✅ Please do not take anything out of the property, or else, you will be charged

✅ AN IMPORTANT REMINDER: Kindly/please CLOSE ALL WINDOWS whenever you are not in the apartment or upon check out, to prevent water from getting into the apartment when it rains
