SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of P1000 or P3000/week is required but refundable upon checkout without violations.

Bringing pets are not allowed ,penalty fine of P2,000 for violations.

As per our no-smoking policy, a penalty of P5000 will be imposed for each violation.
TOWELS:
Missing KEYS or TOWELS have a penalty fine of P1000
Stained or damaged towels and Lines with a penalty fine of P1000
DISHES:
Leaving dishes behind or trash everywhere have a fine of P500
TRASH:
Keep all the trash in the BIN.
CLEAN AS YOU GO:
Guest that doesnt followed CLAYGO fine of P500
PARKING:
Park only in the designated parking area in front of the building or inside.
Do not block the driveway at any time.
Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please help yourself to open the Garage gate if the Caretaker is not available.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:

Check-in time is 3 pm onwards
Check-out time is before 11 am (late check-out penalty fine is P1,000)
If you are checking in after 10 pm, please inform us so we can inform our staff to set instructions for your self check-in.
For Early CHECK-IN:
Early check-in is possible if there were no guests the night before. If there was a guest the night before, they typically check out exactly at the checkout time of 11 am. After their departure, we need to clean the room for the next guest. If we complete the cleaning within 1 or 2 hours, we can also accommodate your early check-in. However, if the guest leaves before the checkout time, I can inform you in advance.
Please note that for early check-ins, there will be a charge of Php100 per hour before the standard check-in time of 3 pm.

CARETAKER:
The caretaker is only available from 6 AM to 9 PM.
No calls or requests will be entertained outside the time. Please be kind and courteous and we will do the same.
Please note that the room is only made up at the beginning of your stay. Should you wish to have your room cleaned again, sheets and towels replaced, and bathroom amenities replenished during your stay, there will be an additional fee of PHP 300 per cleaning service (recommended for longer stays).
***For Long Term Stay***
One time a week change of beddings and towels.
⛔️Power Bill Cap: 28 nights minimum above⛔️
✅The monthly power bill cap is set at P2000 for a 28-night stay, inclusive of all utilities.
✅Should the power bill exceed P2000 in any given month, the excess amount will be billed to the guest and must be settled before check-out.
✅Guests are encouraged to conserve energy by turning off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use.
AIRCONDITIONER INSTRUCTION:
Power On: Point the remote to the air conditioner and turn it ON.
Mode Selection: Ensure the mode indicator shows SNOWFLAKE for cooling mode.
Energy Saving: Press ECO GEAR button repeatedly for options.
Temperature Options: 24 degree, 75% or 50% energy settings.
Temperature Adjustment: Set the temperature to 21 degrees Celsius for comfort.
Adjusting for Comfort: If feeling too cold, choose 75% or 50% from the energy control setting. For bedtime, select 50% for a cozy temperature.
