Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay, please follow these house rules:
1️⃣ Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request (subject to availability).
2️⃣ Maximum Occupancy
1st Floor: Up to 4 guests
2nd Floor (Elizabeth): Up to 13 guests; additional guest fee applies beyond 13.
Please do not exceed maximum occupancy.
3️⃣ Quiet Hours & Respect
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
4️⃣ Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking: Allowed only on the balcony or outdoor areas.
Alcohol: Permitted responsibly; any damage caused will be charged.
5️⃣ Pets
Pets are not allowed.
6️⃣ Cleanliness & Kitchen Use
Keep the house clean and tidy.
Wash and return any kitchenware used.
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
7️⃣ Amenities & Appliances
WiFi, Netflix, and aircon are available.
Aircon fee: ₱500/night if used.
Full kitchen access — use appliances responsibly.
Towels are provided; do not remove from the premises.
8️⃣ Roof Deck Use
Free use for scheduled events.
Follow safety guidelines and do not overcrowd the space.
9️⃣ Safety & Security
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Keep valuables safe; management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Report any damage immediately.
