As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000
【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged JPY 2,000 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged JPY 2,300 per child per night when using existing bedding (breakfast included).
Accommodation tax will be charged directly as tax-exclusive pricing at the property from June 1, 2021 onwards.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates under JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 500 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between JPY 20,000 and JPY 50,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 1,000 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 50,000 and over.
